This is my food access model. It is a marketplace selling only organic food from local places in the San Salvador area. I added solar panels to help combat the number of fossil fuels used to create energy. This will help combat pollution in San Salvador and the surrounding countries. I also added a greenhouse. A lot of our food is made in-house essentially and this is a great example of how local we are.

This is my public service model. It is an environmentally-friendly form of transportation. It helps the people of El Salvador because it gives people an affordable and environmentally-friendly form of transportation while also giving jobs to community members. I put a wind turbine on the top of the bus powering it in a hybrid model. This helps use more natural forms of energy rather than putting pollution in the air from fossil fuels.

I decided to add a few more layers outside of just railroads and highways to my map of El Salvador. I added Airports. There are two main airports in El Salvador. One is in the capital of San Salvador and the other is outside of La Libertad. I also decided to add some geographical layers such as water bodies and vegetation to emphasize the impact of the environment on the region.

I created a new map that primarily features the population density of El Salvador. The darker the red is the greater the population is in that specific location. As you can see more people live in the west than in the east. The darkest red spot is in San Salvador which is the capital and most populated city. I also included volcanoes and archaeological spots. Those ruins were created by the Mayan people who inhabited San Salvador in the past. Most are still upright and in very good condition to this day.

Last but not least I uploaded a schoolhouse. This beautiful facility includes top notch public education to El Salvadorans with the best teachers around. This school will teach kids the fundamentals of important issues such as social and environmental justice. Since El Salvador’s national sport is soccer I added a state of the art soccer stadium where the Puma’s will play. There is also a playground for the young children so they can enjoy the great outdoors.
